Recover or Reset a Password

Goal

Restore a lost or forgotten password for a user account.

Solution

1. Connect to your login screen and select the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom right.
2. Enter your username or email address.
3. Click the Submit button. An email will be sent to you with further instructions.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to recover your password.
